Items are generally printed locally and shipped from a third party vendor. See here for shipping times.
Signed personalised items are first ordered from a third party vendor and shipped to Paola in Sweden before getting re-shipped to the final shipping address. You need to add 2-15 days on top of the standard shipping time depending on your location.
